When you order: name, delivery address, email, phone number and order details. Payment data is handled by Stripe — we never see your full card number.

When you subscribe: your email address and chosen language.

We never sell your data.

To fulfil the purchase: handling your order, delivery, returns and complaints (basis: contract).

For accounting: keeping records for seven years as required by Swedish law (basis: legal obligation).

For the newsletter: sending releases and offers (basis: consent — you can unsubscribe at any time).

Stripe (payment), the carrier delivering your parcel (PostNord or UPS) and our technical provider for the website and database. All process data on our behalf under contract.

We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores your cart locally in your browser, and our payment partner sets strictly necessary cookies at checkout so payment works securely. Neither requires consent.

You may request a copy of your data, have incorrect data corrected, have data erased (except records we must keep for accounting), object to processing and withdraw consent.

Email amir@svetslandslaget.se and we reply within 30 days. If you are unhappy you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.
